Features v3.1

Can now quote Real-Time-Real-Money (RTRM). NTAR times are now embedded, there is no need to down-load from the IAG web-site

Now compatible with QDE 3 in ORM quotes

LABOUR items can now be selected via "Butterfly" similar to what is in PARTS

Our items have been completely revised. We have enclosed a copy of the new Tick-sheet. Our users can request electronic documents for printing their own ( either in colour or in Black-and-White, in A4 size ) if preferred. Our program now lists items in the order printed on the Tick-sheet. If our users have problem finding items on the screen they should use the new LABOUR Butterfly. Users are also able to customise the stored generic times

Interfaces have been written for the following :
- Vero in New Zealand
- Parts Trader in Australia
- RACQ via Arnie ( RACQ standard items and times provided )

For our Accounting users :
- New G/L Routing table provided plus ability to split revenue into work categories, ability to split wages, super etc into departments
- Payroll Super improvements
  - Super paid on Taxable Allowances also
  - In NZ both employer and voluntary super is paid on Gross Taxable amount

In Sales Analysis, invoices now split into R&R, Repair, Paint, Parts, Misc & Sublet columns

Purchase Order improvements :
- Ability to order part from another vendor when initial order has been returned
- Ability to "Delete" a part from quote after order
- Added Sublet / Miscellaneous purchase

3 more reports added :
- Job Cover sheet ( when starting a repair job )
- Supplementary sheet ( for technicians to report extra faults found during repair )
- Final Check sheet ( to record details of final inspection after finishing repair )

For those using a Tablet-PC with Off-Site module :
- can now synchronise new quotes remotely via internet
- can now update old quotes while Off-Site
- Synchronisation via wireless network is now much more stable ( sync quote by quote )
- Paintless Dent Repair quotes can be done directly on the Tablet-PC

Our Backup to Zip will now selectively back up images depending on whether images are new or modified. This means it takes much less time backing up images after it is done for the first time. We recommend using Backup to Zip to perform backup to USB Drives rather than Backing up to CD's for reliability and physical portability

Can now license FlexiQuote as READ-ONLY ( for old users still needing access to old data )

FlexiQuote is now Vista-Windows compatible
